Bodø/Glimt - Hamarkameratene 5-0 (1-0) Aspmyra stadion Att: 2668 1-0 Tommy Hansen (4) 2-0 Bent Inge Johnsen (56) 3-0 Stig Johansen (59) 4-0 Hansen (74) 5-0 Johansen (87) Yellow card: Runar Berg, Ola Haldorsen, Bodø/Glimt, Arild Rebne, Hamarkameratene. - Norwegian football in May isn't exactly consistent. Here, we have one club which has conceded 13 goals in 3 matches, and lost 0-4 in the last round, against another club which have only conceded 2 in 3. Still, the former win 5-0! In fact, it could have been more as HamKam comletely fell apart in the second half, after a pretty even first. Brann - Strindheim 4-1 (1-1) Brann stadion Att: 8412 0-1 Ole Gunnar Iversen (17) 1-1 Frank Strandli (pen. 45) 2-1 Eivind Karlsbakk (46) 3-1 Geirmund Brendesæther (49) 4-1 Karlsbakk (74) Yellow card: Magnus Johansson, Brann, Per Joar Hansen, Joachim Walltin, Strindheim. - There looked to be another disaster in prospect in Bergen when Strindheim took the lead, but with help from a questionable penalty decision (the second in four days) Brann escaped. In the second half there was only one team on the field, and for the first time this season Halvar Thoresen smiled. Kongsvinger - Lillestrøm 1-3 (1-2) Gjemselund stadion Att: 3997 0-1 André Bergdølmo (10) 1-1 Jørn Karlsrud (12) 1-2 Bergdølmo (35) 1-3 Arne Sandstø (54) - Former KIL-player Frigård was dropped against his former teammates, but LSK still managed an away win, which keeps their hopes of the championship alive. Big hero was midfielder Bergdølmo with two goals. Last year he only scored once all season. Molde - Stabæk 1-0 (0-0) Molde stadion Att: 5434 1-0 Daniel Berg Hestad (60) Yellow card: Anders Nordstad, Stabæk. - The home side continue to win, but this time they were pushed all the way by felllow newcomers Stabæk. A lucky header by Berg Hestad saved the day. None of the three S's up front in the Molde attack had a good day. Star of the game was once more Petter Rudi, surely a future international for Norway. Rosenborg - Viking 1-0 (1-0) Lerkendal stadion Att: 12 671 1-0 Jahn Ivar Jakobsen (35) Yellow card: Egil Ulfstein, Erik Pedersen, Viking. Red card: Erik Pedersen, Viking. - The champions won again, but only just, and once more after rather sloppy play. The goal was scored by "Mini" who is better than ever this spring. The game also marked the debut of Steffen Iversen, son of Odd, one of Norways best forwards ever, and the man who keeps the record for most goals in a season (30 in 1968). Start - Hødd 0-2 (0-1) Kristiansand stadion Att: 5596 0-1 Geir Televik (pen. 27) 0-2 Per Ivar Roald (84) Yellow card: Trond Helgesen, André Nevstad, Petter Hagen, Harald Rise, Hødd, Petter Belsvik, Frode Olsen, Start. - The big surprise of the day. After the trashing of VIF, the visitors continue the good trend by beating an out-of-form Start. The home side is playing very badly at the moment, and worst of them all is Erik Mykland. The little ball genius is tired of football, and was substituted for the first time ever at Kristiansand stadion. VIF Fotball - Tromsø 2-1 (0-1) Ullevaal stadion Att: 6318 0-1 Tore André Flo (34) 1-1 Knut Aga jr. (50) 2-1 Aga jr. (54) Yellow card: Sigurd Rushfeldt, Per Egil Swift, Tromsø, Espen Haug, Kent Bergersen, Ståle Andersen, VIF Fotball. - I was at this rather sloppy game, and saw VIF take three extremely important points. The win wasn't very deserved, but not entirely unjustified either. The first half was boring, with the home side playing without heart and conviction, as has been the pattern lately. TIL took the lead on a Flo shot from outside the area, which didn't look completely impossible for keeper Krogstad to catch, as the angle was tight. In the second half, two almost identical goals out of the blue from Aga jr. turned the game around. Both times he was sent through the flat TIL back four, and both times he scored with ease. After that the play became better, and as a whole the second half was more enjoyable. Un the end TIL had a few big chances on freekicks but Krogstad saved the points for VIF.
