Brann - Vålerenga 3-0 (0-0)
Brann stadion
Att: 9331
1-0 Thorstein Helstad (63)
2-0 Kjetil Løvvik (74)
3-0 Løvvik (89)
Yellow card: Geirmund Brendesæther, Brann, Dag Riisnæs, Tom H.
Hovi, Hai Ngoc Tran, Kjell Roar Kaasa, Vålerenga.

- Another heavy defeat for Vålerenga, which now find themselves bottom
of the table. The only good news is that former national team coach
Egil "Drillo" Olsen has agreed to step in as manager until the end of the
season, with present coach Tjernås continuing as coach. Will national
hero "Drillo" be able to save his old club from relegation? Brann, on
the other hand are now three points away from the relegation zone,
  and steadily improving.

Stabæk - Molde 1-4 (0-3)
Nadderud
Att: 5202
0-1 Jo Tessem (11)
0-2 Anders Hasselgård (21)
0-3 Tessem (30)
1-3 Petter Belsvik (62)
1-4 Knut Anders Fostervold (75)
Yellow card: Christian Holter, Jesper Jansson, Stabæk, Odd Inge Olsen,
Molde.

- Nadderud was reopened on Saturday, with a new excellent grass turf.
However, Stabæk's hopes of the double were crushed by league leaders
Molde, which played their best game of the season and won by a mile.
This was sweet revenge for the visitors after a couple of indifferent
draws lately, whereas Stabæk must now concentrate on the bronze
  medals.

Viking - Strømsgodset 4-1 (2-1)
Stavanger stadion
Att: 4843
0-1 Jostein Flo (3)
1-1 Rikardur Dadason (8)
2-1 Bjørn Berland (24)
3-1 Christian Flindt Bjerg (46)
4-1 Vegard Skogheim (60)
Yellow card: Kenneth Karlsen, Hans E. Ødegaard, Strømsgodset.

- Viking moved up to third place with another good home performance.
Despite going behind early, there were no doubt as to which side
would win the game. SIF had Jostein Flo injurd and he'll probably
miss the UEFA cup game in Israel in midweek. He'll be sorely missed.

Bodø/Glimt - Kongsvinger 0-0
Aspmyra
Att: 2841
Yellow card: Andreas Evjen, Christian Steen, Bodø/Glimt, Øyvind Berg,
Kongsvinger.

- Not a very good game in Bodø, and a goalless draw was just about right.

Haugesund - Tromsø 1-1 (1-1)
Haugesund stadion
Att: 3542
0-1 Frode Fermann (11)
1-1 Asbjørn Helgeland (44)
Yellow card: Bjørn Johansen, Tromsø.

- FKH failed to gather three points after a surprisingly uninspired
performance. They still passed Vålerenga at the bottom of the table,
but were again passed by Sogndal.

Lillestrøm - Rosenborg 0-3 (0-0)
Åråsen
Att: 6315
0-1 Børge Hernes (64)
0-2 Tore André Dahlum (87)
0-3 Dahlum (89)
Yellow card: Runar Kristinsson, Peter Werni, Lillestrøm, Jørn
Jamtfall, Bent Inge Johnsen, Rosenborg.

- Not a very good rehearsal for RBK before the Champions League qualifying
game against Brugge in midweek. LSK were able to contain the champions
for long periods, especially in the first half, ad also created some
good chances themselves. In the end, though, substitute Dahlum scored
two late goals (as he did in the cup in midweek!), which decided the
outcome, and kept RBK in the title race.

Sogndal - Moss 4-3 (2-1)
Fosshaugane
Att: 1041
0-1 Hans Palmquist (28)
1-1 Rune Buer Johansen (31)
2-1 Bjørn Tore Hansen (43)
3-1 Tommy Øren (59)
4-1 Øren (60)
4-2 Palmquist (74)
4-3 Ørjan Christiansen (o.g. 80)

- Three vital points for Sogndal against Moss, which are falling closer
and closer to the relegation zone. Man of the match was youngster Øren
who capped a good allround performance with two fine goals.
