Brann - Bodø/Glimt 2-1 (0-0) Brann stadion Att: 7236 1-0 Arne Vidar Moen (62) 2-0 Raymond Kvisvik (68) 2-1 Aasmund Bjørkan (75) Yellow card: Kjetil Løvvik, Agust Gylfason, Brann, Cato Hansen, Bodø/Glimt. - Two second half goals made sure that Brann finished just behind B/G in the final table. Quite uncredible considering they played 11 games without a win from the start of the season. Haugesund - Kongsvinger 1-1 (0-1) Haugesund stadion Att: 5403 0-1 Andreas Alm (44) 1-1 Trygve Nygaard (53) Yellow card: Sjur Jarle Hauge, Haugesund, Andreas Alm, Kongsvinger. - The all-important relegation decider ended in a draw. A result that sends FKH down to the first division, and KIL to the play-off against surprise team Kjelsås. Played on a very heavy, and water-logged pitch the home team dominated for long periods, but as so often before this season, their inability to score on their chances let them down. Lillestrøm - Moss 3-4 (1-3) Åråsen stadion Att: 2313 0-1 Dagfinn Enerly (5) 1-1 Svein Are Andreassen (30) 1-2 Jerry Månsson (34) 1-3 Brynjar Gunnarsson (41) 1-4 Månsson (52) 2-4 Frode Kippe (78) 3-4 Tommy Berntsen (86) Yellow card: Dagfinn Enerly, Kenneth Løvlien, Moss. - An insignificant, but enjoyable game at Åråsen ended with the visitors deservedly taking all three points. LSK, one of the surprise teams on the field this season, must now concentrate on their off field activity, as the club are staring at a possible 8-10 million deficit, and selling all their star players might be their only option to survive financially. Rosenborg - Tromsø 1-1 (1-1) Lerkendal stadion Att: 15 745 0-1 Rune Lange (9) 1-1 Bjørn Otto Bragstad (23) Yellow card: Børge Hernes, Rosenborg, Gaute Helstrup, Frode Fermann, Tromsø. - TIL got the point their needed to stay up, as a disinterested RBK prepared for the more important games ahead. Sogndal - Stabæk 0-9 (0-4) Fosshaugane Att: 841 0-1 Inge Andre Olsen (24) 0-2 Petter Belsvik (36) 0-3 Martin Andresen (38) 0-4 Andresen (44) 0-5 Belsvik (47) 0-6 Andresen (49) 0-7 Belsvik (57) 0-8 Helgi Sigurdsson (59) 0-9 Thomas Finstad (80) Yellow card: Rune Buer Johansen, Tommy Hansen, Ståle Bokalrud, Sogndal. - An embarassing farewell for Sogndal, and the heaviest home defeat in the top Norwegian league ever. Stabæk looked lively, and well-prepared for the cup final next weekend, but in all honesty, SIL were no match in this game. Strømsgodset - Vålerenga 0-5 (0-2) Marienlyst stadion Att: 4532 0-1 John Carew (9) 0-2 Espen Haug (37) 0-3 Haug (54) 0-4 Bjørn Arild Levernes (57) 0-5 Carew (67) Yellow card: Espen Horsrud, Strømsgodset, Fredrik Kjølner, Milos Mirkovic, Vålerenga. Red card: Milos Mirkovic, Vålerenga. - Another convincing display by Vålerenga, which lifted the team into 7th position in the final table, quite unlikely a couple of months ago. After Drillo took over the record is 7 wins and 2 defeats. A very impressive record indeed. Viking - Molde 3-1 (3-1) Stavanger stadion Att: 4621 1-0 Trond Andersen (o.g. 6) 2-0 Ronny Kristensen (8) 2-1 Stian Ohr (18) 3-1 Christian Flindt Bjerg (39) Yellow card: Idar Mathiassen, Viking. - Another defeat for Molde, but apart from the last month, the team has had a great season, pushing RBK all the way. Maybe next season will be the year the Rosenborg stronghold of the title is broken. Viking have also had a good season, and has been rewarded with a place in the UEFA Cup.
