Bodø/Glimt - Rosenborg 2-6 (1-2) Att: 4778 0-1 Sigurd Rushfeldt (21) 1-1 Bengt Sæternes (29) 1-2 Erik Hoftun (33) 1-3 Bjørn Otto Bragstad (55) 1-4 Jahn Ivar Jakobsen (57) 1-5 Rushfeldt (60) 2-5 Aasmund Bjørkan (pen. 65) 2-6 Jakobsen (89) - The defending champions really outclassed B/G in this game. Mini scored his first goals in Bodø, playing for RBK, and the visitors regained the top position in the league. Brann - Strømsgodset 0-1 (0-1) Att: 7979 0-1 Jostein Flo (25) Yellow card: Agust Gylfason, Brann. - The situation is getting from bad to worse at Brann after yet another narrow defeat. Despite plenty of posession, the home side never really managed to create enough decent opportunities, and lost to a looping Flo header. The win was the first of the season for SIF. Kongsvinger - Molde 0-3 (0-3) Att: 3132 0-1 Andreas Lund (24) 0-2 Dennis Schiller (36) 0-3 Ole Bjørn Sundgot (45) Yellow card: Andreas Alm, Kongsvinger. - Molde continue to impress, and brushed KIL aside with three first half goals. In the second, the visitors could even have gone further ahead, as they twice hit the post, but it wasn't to be. Lillestrøm - Viking 2-3 (1-2) Att: 4297 0-1 Gunnar Aase (11) 1-1 Peter Werni (29) 1-2 Rikhardur Dadason (33) 1-3 Dadason (54) 2-3 Torgeir Bjarmann (69) Yellow card: Mamadou Diallo, Lillestrøm, Christian Flindt Bjerg, Erik Nevland, Bjørn Berland, Viking. - Another Viking win, and the team from Stavanger are now nicely placed in third position, two points behind the leaders. The top duo of Aase and Icelander Dadason scored all the three goals once again, and seem to have solved the goalscoring problem of last season. Sogndal - Haugesund 0-4 (0-2) Att: 1659 0-1 Asbjørn Helgeland (3) 0-2 Morten Berre (8) 0-3 Jarle Wee (65) 0-4 Berre (66) Yellow card: Trevor Morley, Sogndal, Trygve Nygaard, Tarje Nordstrand Jacobsen, Haugesund. - A shock 4-0 away win for FKH, their first of the season, was the outcome of this relegation battle. Thus, Sogndal replaced FKH at the bottom of the table, and both teams are expected to end up in that region come October. For the home side, old English center forward Trevor Morley made his debut, but without impressing. Stabæk - Tromsø 1-0 (0-0) Att: 3689 1-0 Petter Belsvik (77) Yellow card: André Flem, Inge André Olsen, Stabæk, Morten Kræmer, Tromsø. - Stabæk continue to win at home, their fourth straight win of the season, and are nicely positioned in fourth place. TIL fought well, but could not get back into the game once the home side had taken the lead. Moss - Vålerenga 3-2 (0-0) Att: 5139 1-0 Raymond Kvisvik (pen. 48) 1-1 Juro Kuvicek (59) 1-2 Espen Musæus (73) 2-2 Anders Kiel (74) 3-2 Kiel (84) - This game was shown live on national TV. Moss completely dominated the first half, but failed to take their chances. After the break they went ahead on a dubious penalty, before conceding two goals to an improved visiting team. However, the defensive problems of Vålerenga continue, and they allowed two goals by substitute Kiel in the closing stages. The first immediately after VIF had taken the lead, and the second after poor marking in the penalty area. With this win Moss are sixth, whereas fellow newcomer Vålerenga are a disappointing tenth.
