Bodø/Glimt - Molde 3-1 (2-0) Aspmyra stadion Att: 3429 1-0 Tommy Bergersen (13) 2-0 Aasmund Bjørkan (37) 3-0 André Hansen (51) 3-1 Jo Tessem (85) Yellow card: Ørjan Berg, Bodø/Glimt, Knut Anders Fostervold, Ole Bjørn Sundgot, Molde. Red card: Knut Anders Fostervold, Molde. - A surprise defeat for Molde in Bodø, but a very deserved one too. The home win could have been bigger had Bergeesne not missed a penalty just before half time. Molde played their best football at 3-0 and with 10 men after captain Fostervold was sent off with two yellow cards. Kongsvinger - Brann 0-2 (0-0) Gjemselund stadion Att: 2518 0-1 Per-Ove Ludvigsen (61) 0-2 Mika Kottila (79) Yellow card: Harald Martin Solberg, Kongsvinger, Thorstein Helstad, Jan Ove Pedersen, Brann. - Kongsvinger continue to lose, and first division is now not very far away. Brann, on the other hand, got back to winning ways after the reverse on Thursday against LSK. Big Finnish striker Kottila scored his first goal for the visitors. Lillestrøm - Viking 4-1 (2-0) Åråsen stadion Att: 4173 1-0 Runar Kristinsson (8) 2-0 Heidar Helguson (23) 2-1 Bjørn Berland (52) 3-1 Runar Normann (68) 4-1 Helguson (88) Yellow card: Magnus Svensson, Viking. - LSK are in excellent form at the moment, and easily crushed pre-season title challengers Viking. Now, the home team are second, only three points behind Rosenborg. Midfielder Norman determined the outcome with his goal, in his last game before being transferred to Coventry. Moss - Stabæk 2-0 (0-0) Moss stadion Att: 2643 1-0 Gard Kristiansen (61) 2-0 Christian Johnsen (89) Yellow card: Kenneth Løvlien, Moss, Martin Andresen, Stabæk. - Stabæk are completely out of form at the moment, which is strange considering that most of their injured players in spring are now back. Moss, with Rune Tangen back in central defence, had little difficulty winning, and gaining three very important points in the race for survival. Skeid - Odd Grenland 3-1 (1-0) Voldsløkka matchbane Att: 1139 1-0 Petter Halvorsen (21) 1-1 Bård Borgersen (48) 2-1 André Schei Lindbæk (57) 3-1 Petter Halvorsen (90) Yellow card: Petter Halvorsen, Skeid, Tor Gunnar Johnsen, Odd Grenland. - Another three very important points for Skeid in their struggle to stay up. The home side scored 3 goals on 4 chances, and concentrated on a tight defence and quick counter-attack. Top scorer Schei Lindbæk scored his 11th goal of the season. Odd continue to play well and win against the best teams, but lose against the teams behind them. Not a nice pattern if they want to avoid being involved in the relegation battle. Tromsø - Rosenborg 2-1 (1-0) Alfheim stadion Att: 6286 1-0 Thomas Hafstad (21) 1-1 Bent Inge Johnsen (52) 2-1 Rune Lange (63) Yellow card: Bjørn Johansen, Roger Lange, Tromsø, Bjørn Otto Bragstad, Rosenborg. - TIL won at home against RBK for the first time in 10 years, and deservedly too. The home side wanted to win every duel, and never allowed RBK any fluency in their play. The champions played with Johnsen up front as replacement for Rushfeldt, who has gone to Benfica. It didn't work that well, even though he scored a goal, and RBK's interest in TIL striker Lange didn't disappear, especially after he scored the winning goal. Vålerenga - Strømsgodset 2-3 (2-1) Bislett stadion Att: 4898 1-0 Aki Riihilahti (2) 2-0 Fredrik Thorsen (10) 2-1 Rune Hagen (25) 2-2 Lars Granås (55) 2-3 Jostein Flo (84) Yellow card: Fredrik Thorsen, Bjørn Arild Levernes, Aki Riihilahti, Thomas Berntsen, Vålerenga, Erik Hagen, Anders Michelsen, Glenn Arne Hansen, Christer George, Strømsgodset. Red card: John Carew, Vålerenga, Erik Hagen, Strømsgodset. - A very dramatic game at Bislett. The referee handed out 2 red and 8 yellow cards in a very ill-tempered atmosphere, but was also partly responsible for that after making some very questionable decisions. Maybe not surprisingly that the tempers ran high, considering the importance of the game. The home team took an early two-goal lead, and looked like cruising to victory. But the first SIF goal, combined with the sending off of Carew for striking an opponent, changed the pattern. Now, Vålerenga became very desperate to hold on to the lead. In the end the visitors equalized, then had Hagen sent off for pushing Levernes to the ground right in front of the referee, and few minutes from time Flo (who else) rose above everybody else and headed in the winning goal. With these three important goals, SIF climb above 'Enga, which for the first time this season find themselves in the bottom two. And their record in the last 11 games is not very convincing either, 1-2-8...
