- A realtively easy home win for Brann. New star Furuseth Olsen scored
  twice in a first half massively dominated by Brann. After the break
  TIL got one goal back, but never really threatened to reduce the lead
  more. For the first time this season TIL was involved in a league game

- League leader LSK impressed once more by putting seven goals past
  SIF. Swede Powell scored four, making it 11 in 6 matches! He is now
  joint top scorer with Helstad of Brann, and fellow team mate Zane who
  scored another goal today. However, allowing SIF to score four goals 
  is not good defending and can't be repeated when the top teams visit
  Åråsen if the first championship since 1989 shall become a reality.

- A rather dull affair between the two newcomers. Håvard Flo was well

- Another draw for the champions, their sixth game without a win, five
  of which have been draws. The game was highly competitive and very even
  with few chances between the sides. Now, RBK find themselves in an unusual
  fourth position, but with a number of relatively easy games against 
  lower position teams coming up this is expected to change soon.

- The shock result of the week. The best home team with fewest goals conceded
  against the visitors without an away win since last year. Young prospect
  Ludvigsen was in excellent form and tormented the Odd defence with his
  pace and trickery scoring three good goals. For the home team this was
  a massive blow to the title aspirations.

  their act together pretty soon.

- Once more Viking struggeled at home against a supposedly inferior 
  opponent. Once more the home teams missed the easiest of chances, and
  gave away a freak goal when goal keeper Andersen's clearance hit
  defender Kuivasto's back head and ricochetted into the net. Surely
  a goal for the football entertainment video. Nevland came to the
  rescue with two more goals, but the signs are not good for the team
  from Stavanger.
