Brann - Stabæk 4-1 (3-0) Brann stadion Att: 9578 1-0 Thorstein Helstad (25) 2-0 Erlend Hanstveit (37) 3-0 Helstad (43) 4-0 Petter Furuseth Olsen (54) 4-1 Christian Wilhelmsson (pen. 65) Yellow card: Knut Walde, Brann, Martin Andresen, Peter Sand, Stabæk. - A second win in a row for Brann, and this time after some nice football too. Top scorer Helstad scored two god goals. Stabæk continue to be inconsistent, as most other Norwegian teams. Lillestrøm - Moss 1-1 (0-0) Åråsen stadion Att: 6045 0-1 Kjell Olofsson (67) 1-1 Torjus Hansén (pen. 70) - LSK continue to struggle, and could only draw when theyr were rewarded a controversial penalty after a foul on old boy Fjørtoft. No signs of any 2001 form yet for the team from Romerike. Moss got a good away point, which could have been three. Rosenborg - Molde 3-0 (3-0) Lerkendal stadion Att: 14.819 1-0 Christer George (29) 2-0 Ørjan Berg (32) 3-0 Harald Martin Brattbakk (42) Yellow card: Erik Hoftun, Rosenborg, Trond Strande, Molde. - Only the second good game for RBK this season, and the result was a clear home win. There is nobody doubting the potential of RBK in Norway, but this season they have more inconsistent than usual. Molde started the season well, but have now not won in three game. Not championship form either, and in this game the visitors were outclassed. Lyn - Start 1-0 (0-0) Ullevaal stadion Att: 3062 1-0 Ole Bjørn Sundgot (90) Yellow card: Steven Lustü, Lyn, Tom Berhus, Donatas Vencevicius, Start. - An awful game, not worthy of the league leaders Lyn. Only the first 10 and last 10 minutes were of some quality. A last minute goal by Sundgot gave the home team a deserved win, after Lyn had missed a penalty four minutes earlier. Start were a bit unlucky not to draw, but their lack of sharpness up front will give the team trouble to avoid relegation. Odd Grenland - Bodø/Glimt 2-3 (0-3) Odd stadion Att: 5260 0-1 Bengt Sæternes (5) 0-2 Runar Berg (9) 0-3 Trond Olsen (20) 1-3 Edwin van Ankeren (58) 2-3 Espen Hoff (76) Yellow card: Anders Rambekk, Odd Grenland, Cato Hansen, Bodø/Glimt. - A shock start for B/G with three early goals after awful home defending, but also good play by the visitors. After the break the roles were reversed, with Odd scoring goals, and in the end searching for the equaliser. Viking - Vålerenga 4-1 (0-1) Stavanger stadion Att: 7580 0-1 Tobias Grahn (12) 1-1 Brede Hangeland (62) 2-1 Peter Kopteff (68) 3-1 Tom Sanne (72) 4-1 Hannes Sigurdsson (78) Yellow card: Erik Fuglestad, Viking, Pa-Modou Kah, Erik Hagen, Stian Ohr, Vålerenga. - The first defeat for newcomer Vålerenga, despite taking the lead and looking good for an hour. But in a 16 minutes spell, the best defence in the league so far conceded four goals, their first in four matches, and the game was over. Viking showed in the second half that they will fight for the championship this season too.
