This week was dominated by two things: a very bad weather with heavy 
rainshowers and very low attendances at all the matches (Hmmmm, there
might be a connection here....). Anyway, after Starts defeat on Saturday
against Tromsø Viking had the chance to clinch the title with a win in
Kongsvinger. But it was not to be. Kongsvinger played som neat football from
time to time and deserved their win. However only a miracle (or maybe more)
can now prevent Viking from grabbing their first championship in the 90s.
 Rosenborg and Start are now equal on points for the silvermedal and the
only UEFA-cup spot after Rosenborgs rather fortunate win away to Fyllingen
, a team which has forgotten how to score goals. The same goes for 'my' 
team, Lyn, which for the third game in a row totally dominated the play, but
in the end could only draw. I think Lyn missed at least ten clear chances
on Sunday, and because of that they now miss out on any silverware or 
games in Europe next season. Something must be done during the winter-break 
to avoid this next season.
 At the bottom Molde got a very important home win against Sogndal and
they might avoid the drop now. Whilst the game between Strømsgodset and
Lillestrøm was abandoned after 28 minutes by the referee, a very wise
decision indeed, because of a very waterlogged pitch. The game
will now be played on Wed. october 2nd.
