Bodø/Glimt - VIF Fotball 2-2 (2-0) Aspmyra Att: 4615 1-0 Stig Johansen (16) 2-0 Johansen (31) 2-1 Espen Haug (pen. 46) 2-2 Dag Riisnæs (73) Yellow card: Jan Derek Sørensen, Runar Berg, Bodø/Glimt, Viggo Strømme, Ståle Andersen, VIF Fotball. - A game of two halves. In the first, the home side dominated are were well worth their two goal lead. However, for the second away game in a row, VIF came back strongly in the second, equalized, and could in fact easily have scored the winning goal in the final minutes. Brann - Stabæk 1-0 (0-0) Brann stadion Att: 6935 1-0 Frank Strandli (pen. 59) Yellow card: Inge Ludvigsen, Eirik Skjælaaen, Geir Hasund, Claus Lundekvam, Brann. - This relegation battle was decided on a penalty after 15 minutes of the second half. In the situation leading up to the penalty, the Stabæk keeper should have been sent off for the foul, but the substitute-referee (the original one had to go off at half time!) only gave a yellow card, much to the dismay of the Brann coach. However, he didn't complain two minutes from time when the very valid claims of a Stabæk penalty were refused. Kongsvinger - Hødd 2-1 (1-1) Gjemselund Att: 1849 0-1 Geir Televik (5) 1-1 Jørn Karlsrud (29) 2-1 Arnfinn Engerbakk (74) Yellow card: Charles Berstad, Kongsvinger, Petter Hagen, Hødd. - A crap game between two teams out of form. All three goals came from corner kicks, and that's just about all there is to say about this game. Molde - Tromsø 0-7 (0-4) Molde stadion Att: 3606 0-1 Tore Andre Flo (1) 0-2 Bjørn Johansen (7) 0-3 Sigurd Rushfeldt (18) 0-4 Morten Pedersen (30) 0-5 Johansen (53) 0-6 Flo (66) 0-7 Flo (90) Yellow card: Knut Anders Fostervold, Molde, Bjørn Johansen, Per Egil Swift, Tromsø. - The shock of the season! TIL humiliated Molde, and could easily have scored a couple of more goals. The visitors now have 15-0 from their last two games! (won 8-0 last week as you might recall) Quite incredible! As for Molde, they have shown more and more weaknesses in defense lately. Paris SG must be rubbing their hands in delight by now. With this loss any hopes Molde had of taking the title must have gone away. With the current form, I think they should be very happy if they win the silver medals. Rosenborg - Hamarkameratene 9-1 (2-0) Lerkendal Att: 7023 1-0 Harald Brattbakk (26) 2-0 Karp Petter Løken (43) 3-0 Brattbakk (57) 4-0 Mini Jakobsen (61) 5-0 Steffen Iversen (65) 5-1 Darko Nestorovic (72) 6-1 Iversen (73) 7-1 Brattbakk (75) 8-1 Iversen (81) 9-1 Løken (90) Yellow card: Tom Henning Hovi, Hamarkameratene. - RBK showed excellent form 1 1/2 week before their first Champions League game, and completely outplayed Hamkam after a breathtaking second half where they kept posession almost for the entire 45 minutes and scored 7 goals. Combined with the Molde defeat, this win almost certainly decided the championship in the holder's favour. With seven games to go RBK have a nine points lead, which will surely be more than enough. Start - Strindheim 4-6 (2-3) Kristiansand stadion Att: 1962 0-1 Terje Høsøien (4) 0-2 Kristian Sørli (11) 0-3 Jørgen Johannesen (17) 1-3 Slobodan Miletic (25) 2-3 Ole Gunnar Iversen (o.g. 30) 3-3 Morten Pettersen (57) 3-4 Vidar Evensen (63) 4-4 Petter Belsvik (66) 4-5 Sørli (70) 4-6 Sørli (84) - Joy for the other team from Trondheim as well, as Strindheim beat Start 6-4 in a crazy game. The home side really embarassed themselves in this one, and lost for the seventh(!) time at home this season. As a consequence, coach Perryman ordered penalty practice early Sunday morning for all those involved. As for the visitors, this was only their third win of the season, and although they theoretically still has a chance to stay up, it will be very difficult. However, they don't want to go down without a fight, and that's a good sign. Viking - Lillestrøm 3-1 (0-0) Stavanger stadion Att: 6028 1-0 Tommy Bergersen (59) 2-0 Gunnar Aase (76) 2-1 Geir Frigård (81) 3-1 Gøran Sørloth (90) - In the battle for the bronze medals, and UEFA cup places, Viking took a giant step towards both after beating fellow rivals LSK. However, the scoreline was a bit deceptive as the visitors dominated the first half, hitting the post twice with only an empty goal to shoot at after rounding the Viking 'keeper. In the second half though, it was the other way around, and contrary to LSK, the home side took their chances.
