- An unbelieveable turn-around in the second half sent Brann through to
  Ullevaal. LSK looked like cruising to the final for 60 minutes, but
  four(!) goals in the space of 19 minutes turned the tie around. Now, LSK
  only have to concentrate on finishing among the top three to play in Europe
  next season, which must be very disappointing for one of the pre-season
  favourites. Brann on the other hand, can look forward to their 12th Cup final
  and also the Cup Winners Cup 1996/97 (assuming Rosenborg will win the 
  league :-)).

- As expected, a rather uninteresting affair after the first leg demolition of
  Hødd. Especially the home side played quite a few unfamiliar faces, but that
  didn't prevent them from winning. Now RBK face Brann in the final for the
  third time, after the 1972 and 1988 encounters.
