Match report ------------ An easy win for Norway in this friendly after Jamaica as expected proved no real opposition. The highlight of a very uneventful first half was the Norwegian goal involving a throughball from Riseth, a backheel from Iversen, and an excellent half-volley from Flo. Pure class. Apart from that Jamaica had a goal questionably disallowed for offside, and the match tempo was very low. After the break, Norway stepped up a gear, and pressurized the Jamaicans much higher up the field. Then, Jamaica folded, and especially after 3-0 it was only a question about how big the win would be. Some of the goals were of very high quality, and unlike in the Drillo age, happened as a result of nice passes through the midfield. All in all, a good performace, but of little value as a test game before the EC qualifying games against Georgia and Albania on May 30 and June 6 respectively.
