- It's early days, but Lyn are the surprise league leader after an
  impressive win against favourites Lillestrøm.  An excellent freekick
  goal by Swift agev the home team a desevred lead and Swede Lagerlöf
  added a second after the break.  This is the first time since 1971 Lyn
  lead the top division in Norway.

- Brann continue to disappoint, and lost to a well-organised Moss side,
  despite having a lot of posession.  It looks to be a tupsy-turvy season
  from Brann once again after relative stability in recent years.

- B/G outclassed Bryne and go second in the table.  Striker Sæternes scored
  a double and once again showed his value.  Bryne are already relegation 
  candidate number one, unless they improve immensely in the weeks ahead.

- A dramatic first half in Stavanger started with an early goal for
  Viking.  Then Olsen was controversially send off for a slight touch on
  Berre, and the home team awarded a penalty.  However, Fuglestad missed
  the chance to double the score.  Though, later in the half, Berre, on-loan 
  from St. Pauli, and man-of-the-match, scored a good goal.  After the
  break Viking held out againt ten-men RBK.  The visitors find themselves
  with 0 point and 0 goals after two games.  Quite unusual for the 
  champions, but they will certainly recover from this (as always...).

Stabæk - Vålerenga 0-0

- A dull affair in Bærum.  Stabæk disappointed the most and rarely created
  any chances at all.  Vålerenga had the better opportunities and Viikmae hit
  the post free on goal.  The home team has now played two draws with two
  promoted teams, hardly championship form.
